Pay & Ship
Thank you for bidding with Garths and Congratulations!
After you’ve been successful in a live or online auction, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your invoice and payment instructions within 24-48 hours of the auction ending.
If you need it sooner, or do not receive the email, please call the office.
PAYMENT
Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of the auction.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, check and bank transfer.
International bidders may be required to pay by wire transfer.
Payments must be received before we will release items for pick-up or shipping.
COLLECT
You may pick-up your item(s) in person during our regular business hours, Monday- Friday between 9am-4pm. We request you make an appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance so our team may confirm the location of and access to your item(s) before your arrival.
SHIPPING
Clients are invited have items shipped by our recommended shippers / freight companies or a company of your choosing.
We offer a list of reliable shippers and movers who are expected to maintain the level of customer service and satisfaction we strive to achieve. We do not offer in-house shipping.
Please contact one or more shippers for quotes based on your cost and timing preferences.
Once you select a shipper, notify us at info@garths.com with your shipping authorization/release.

STORAGE
We are pleased to store your purchases for 15 days post auction. If pickup or shipping arrangements are made after this date, please be aware that we may charge you storage costs.
