PHOTOGRAPHER

The ideal candidate will be capable of photographing art, antiques, and jewelry for auction promotions/events, to industry standards & on shifting deadlines.

Qualifications/Expectations:

  • Capture professional level product and lifestyle photography utilizing a DSLR camera, lens and lighting equipment with ability to shoot tethered or wireless, as needed. 

  • Mastery of Photoshop to process & edit photographs and/or other design software.

  • Work either independently or in a team setting to plan the creative composition of a photograph, analyzing the subject material and selecting the angle, lighting, and background to enhance desired or to eliminate unwanted features to produce the most aesthetically effective and informative photograph.

  • Complete tasks in an expedient fashion - take initiative to manage daily shooting schedules and maximizing output of usable images whether in-house or on location. 

  • Communicate in a clear and professional manner. Be a team player with forward driven results in mind. Must have a great attitude, sense of humor, and be sharp, responsive, and socially capable. 

  • High attention to detailed organization for both individual auction photography & large archive. 

  • Ability to multi-task and accommodate shifting priorities and deadlines. 

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.

Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.

  • Must have minimum 1-3 years experience with product & lifestyle photography

  • Knowledge/Interest in fine art and antiques preferred (but not mandatory). 
     

Wages: Based on experience

Employment Status: Full or Part Time

Submit cover letter and resume with a portfolio containing 6 examples of recent product work; examples of video work would also be helpful. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

SALESPERSON

The ideal candidate will be energetic, have great problem solving skills, be a team player,

pay attention to detail, and take pride in one's work.

 

Qualifications/Expectations:

-Knowledge of Antiques and Fine Arts

-Great customer service skills with a super outgoing personality; able to talk to anyone

-Highly motivated and self driven

-Highly organized

-Willing to solve problems in a timely manner no matter the effort it might require

-Keeps your word to clients and coworkers

-Follows through in a timely manner on assignments

-Good driving record with valid Driver's License

-Travel is required

-Capable of lifting 50+ pounds while possibly navigating stairs and ramps

-Full time with some mandatory weekends and overtime

 

Requirements:

-General knowledge of computers, internet use, Google, Microsoft Office

-3-5 years selling experience

-Background that involves Antiques and Fine Arts

ART HANDLER - FURNITURE MOVER

The ideal candidate will be energetic, have great problem solving skills, be a team player,

pay attention to detail, and take pride in one's work.

Qualifications/Expectations:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years experience packing and handling artwork/furniture preferred. 

  • Great customer service skills with a super outgoing personality; able to talk to anyone

  • Highly motivated and self driven

  • Mastery of basic aspects of handling and installation of art, antiquities and high end furniture using the appropriate materials and methods for packaging, loading and securing for safe transport 

  • Packs and handles artwork/furniture for delivery.

  • Loads and unloads trucks.

  • Follows through in a timely manner on assignments

  • Travel is required

  • Capable of lifting 50+ pounds while possibly navigating stairs and ramps

  • Full time with some mandatory weekends and overtime

 

Requirements:

  • Good driving record with valid Driver's License. Operates a company vehicle to safely pick-up/deliver material.

  • General knowledge of computers, internet use, email, Google, Microsoft Office

  • Must have minimum 1-3 years experience driving 15"-22' Non-CDL box trucks.
