(The Consignor's ) decision to consign quality period pieces to Garth's was a wise one. A New York City or New England auction house probably wouldn't have gotten a penny more for the majority of pieces, and the Ohio furniture and coverlets definitely wouldn't have brought as much as they did here.

Just a quick note to say...that is the cover for the Eclectic sale( June 2010 ) is fantastic…. Can’t remember when I saw a catalogue cover I liked better, and I see a ton of them.

It's nice to see someone take the time to not only have a great catalogue but also an online catalogue. Great marketing. I market and sell my business and it's refreshing to be able to see things on the internet, have purchase options, and have people that can answer a phone call and tell you exactly what you need to know on the first call.
